NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 15, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2018CA001917000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD BANK, AN OHIO BANKING CORPORATION is Plaintiff and MICHAEL B. TIGHE, et. al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court STACY BUTTERFIELD, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 31st day of December, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 18102, Bahama Bay Phase 18, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium, recorded in O.R. Book 5169, Page 1306, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 15, Page 21, Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
