NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 24, 2018 and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-000787, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, where, ROSE ACCEPTANCE, INC., is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT J. PEARL; LISA A. PEARL; LELY RESORT MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; LELY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; STOCK DEVELOPMENT, LLC; MUSTANG ISLAND ROADWAY ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE MAJORS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; MAJORS AT LELY RESORT HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; THE PLAYERS CLUB AND SPA, LLC; and NATIONAL CITY BANK; are Defendants. CRYSTAL K.
