NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 29, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-001998 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which PNC Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Jose A. Paredes a/k/a Jose Alejandro Paredes a/k/a Jose Paredes, Collier County-SHIP, Shalom W. Laboy Rivera a/k/a Shalom Wand Laboy Rivera, The Blue Heron of Naples Condominium Association, Inc., Jose A. Paredes, are defendants et al, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 27 day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 4-203, THE BLUE HERON, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3305, PAGE 656, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
