NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 9, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-000835 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Cenlar FSB, is the Plaintiff and Robin Okolski, Carlson Custom Painting, Inc. dba Carlson Carpet Cleaning, Collier County, Florida Board of County Commissioners, Patricia A. Okolski, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as successor in interest to First Union National Bank, et al., are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby of on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM on the 27 day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 386, ISLES OF CAPRI NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
