NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 23, 2018, entered in Case No. 512013CA001845CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and Carolyn J. Lynde a/k/a Carolyn Lynde; Johnnie Lynde; Heritage National Land Trust, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, as Trustee under Trust No. 00230 dated 30th day of April 2012; The Unknown Beneficiaries of Trust No. 00230 dated 30th day of April 2012; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under , and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Meadow Pointe III Homeowner's Association, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 35, MEADOW POINTE III PARCEL DD AND Y, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 59, PAGE 123-141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
