NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 20, 2018, in Case No. 2017-CA-002552, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein FINANCE OF AMERICA REVERSE, LLC, is the Plaintiff and MARVIN W KASSED; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, AN OFFICER OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are the defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of December 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to wit:
