NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2018, and entered in 2016CA003878CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT is the Plaintiff and GUILLERMO FIDALGO; THE 6839 GREEN HERON DR I.V. TRUST UNDER AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 15, 2012 YHT AND ASSOCIATES, INC.; BOYETTE OAKS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. ; REAL T SOLUTIONS INVESTMENTS LLC are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on January 10, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 1, BOYETTE OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 1-7, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
