Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on July 5, 2018, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, Paula O'Neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
LOT 399, OAK RIDGE, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 108-122, INCLUSIVE; PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6807 COLLINGSWOOD CT, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34655; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on December 26, 2018 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
