NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 16, 2018, entered in Case No. 2012 CA 008232 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association is the Plaintiff and Gary Woodroffe a/k/a Gary L. Woodroffe; The Unknown Spouse of Gary Woodroffe a/k/a Gary L. Woodroffe; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Rhyma Progressive, Inc.; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; and Tenant #4 the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 21st day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 800, LAKE SARASOTA, UNIT 9, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN PLAT AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 90, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
