The Plaintiff has instituted this action against you seeking to quiet and confirm title with respect to the property described below.
The Plaintiff in this action is DODD CORBY.
The Plaintiff filed this action against you on July 31, 2018 in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Civil Division, Case No: 2018 CA 004039 NC to quiet title.
The property that is the subject matter of this action is in Sarasota County, Florida, and is described as follows:
Lot 35, Block 738, Twelfth Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according ot the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 13, Page(s) 8, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to David Delrahim, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is Englander Fischer, 721 First Avenue North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33701 on or before 30 days from the first date of publication, and to file the original of the defenses with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
If you fail to file an answer within the above prescribed time, a default will be entered against you in this matter for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
