The Clerk of the Court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on December 28, 2018 at 9:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2 AND 3, BLOCK 1, WILLIAM H. TOWLES ADDITION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF THE LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
