TO DEFENDANTS: SEAN M. BLEDSOE, CYNTHIA L. BLEDSOE, THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, BENEFICIARIES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH L. PATRICK, DECEASED; THE UNKNOWN PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH L. PATRICK, DECEASED; CYNTHIA L. BLEDSOE AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF ELIZABETH L. PATRICK, DECEASED, and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, SUCCESSORS, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien on the following described property in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 29, Block C, TIDEWATER ISLAND, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Pages 73 through 78, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida. More commonly known as 6091 Tidewater Island Circle, Fort Myers, Florida. Parcel ID 13-46-24-07-0000C.0290
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, KEITH H. HAGMAN, ESQ., of the Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Box 1507, Fort Myers, Fl 33902-1507 within 30 days of the first date of publication and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two (2) consecutive weeks in Lee County, Florida.
