NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2018, entered in Case No. 18-CA-002922 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Ixis Real Estate Capital Trust 2006-HE1 Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE1 is the Plaintiff and Greg Cornacchia; Jessica M. Cornacchia a/k/a Jessica Cornacchia; Franklin Credit Management Corporation are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the Dec 28, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 40, UNIT 5, SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AS PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 60, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
