Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered 10/3/18 in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, Linda Doggett, the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Lee County, Florida, described as:
Lot 26, HERITAGE FARMS, LAKE ADDITION: A Parcel of land in the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35, Township 45 South, Range 24 East, Lee County, Florida, more particularly described as follows: From the Southeast corner of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35; thence run North 0º 06' 26” West, 138.19 feet to the point of beginning; thence run North 55º 56' 21” West, 299.20 feet to a point on a roadway centerline; thence North 6º 24' 00” East, along said centerline, 148.00 feet; thence South 66º 49' 40” East, 251.24 feet to a point on the East line of said Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 35; thence South 0º 06' 26” East, 215.79 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to a 30 foot road easement along the West line and a 6 foot drainage and utility easement along all other boundaries.
