NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2018, entered in Case No. 18-CA-002834 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth' Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for NovaStar Mortgage Funding Trust, Series 2006-6 NovaStar Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-6 is the Plaintiff and John M. Visek; Unknown Spouse of John M. Visek; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Novastar Mortgage, Inc.; City of Cape Coral, Florida are the Defendant, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the January 28, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT (S) 73 AND 74, BLOCK 1727, UNIT 44, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGE (S) 104 THROUGH 112, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
