AS TRUSTEE FOR MORTGAGE ASSETS MANAGEMENT SERIES I TRUST. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL DAVID WOOD, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE DONALD C. AND JULIA E. RUSH TRUST; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DONALD C. RUSH, DECEASED; NANCY MOSS are the Defendant(s).
