NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed 11/26/18 or Final Judgment, entered 11/7/18 in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-002462 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, Plaintiff and Carmen Lohuiz are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on January 28, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 7, UNIT 1 “LEHIGH ACRES”, SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 26 EAST, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN BOOK 15, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
