NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 02, 2018, and entered in 15-CA-000110 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JOSE JAVIER RAMIREZ A/K/A JOSE J. RAMIREZ A/K/A JOSE RAMIREZ, DECEASED; ELISA RAMIREZ, PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF JOSE JAVIER RAMIREZ A/K/A JOSE J. RAMIREZ A/K/A JOSE RAMIREZ, DECEASED; ELISA RAMIREZ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CITY OF TAMPA (AS TO CITY OF TAMPA LIEN RECORDED IN OR BOOK 22238, PG 486) are the Defendant(s).
