Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 25, 2018 in the above styled cause, the Clerk of Circuit Court will sell the property situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
Lot Twelve (12) Block Five (5) of WEST PARK ESTATES UNIT NO. 2, as per the Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 34, Page 99 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in an online sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on January 28, 2019.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
