NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-002784 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Selene Finance LP, Plaintiff and Jacob Robert Merritt a/k/a Jacob R. Merritt a/k/a Jacob Merritt are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 31, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE WEST 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE NORTH 784 FEET AND LESS THE SOUTH 381 FEET, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER AND ACROSS THE EAST 50 FEET OF THE WEST 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE SOUTH 100 FEET THEREOF AND LESS RIGHT-OF-WAY ON THE NORTH SIDE THEREOF FOR JIM JOHNSON ROAD TOGETHER WITH THAT CERTAIN MANUFACTURED HOME, YEAR: 1997, MAKE: FLEETWOOD/GREEN BOAT, VIN#: FLFLT70A24439GH21 AND VIN#: FLFLT70B24439GH21.
