Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 29, 2018, in the above entitled cause in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell the property located in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:

Lots 1 and 2, Block 17, Map of the Subdivision at Sulpher Spring near Tampa FLA., LESS the East 8 feet of Lots 1 and 2 for road right-of-way, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 111, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH the East 1/2 of the vacated alley abutting on the West boundary of said Lots 1 and 2, Block 17, vacated by Resolution No. 7611-A, recorded in Official Records Book 3801, Page 583, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
