NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 29, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002331, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2007-AC2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AC2 is Plaintiff and RAYMOND VAN ZILE, III A/K/A RAYMOND VAN ZILE A/K/A RAYMOND VANZILE; AMANDA VAN ZILE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR ACT LENDING CORPORATION D/B/A ACT MORTGAGE CAPITAL, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS; are

THE WEST 205 FEET OF THE NORTH 67 FEET OF LOT 98, WEST WILMA SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 63, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA AND A STRIP OF LAND 13.30 FEET WIDE ABUTTING ON THE WEST THEREON, LESS DRAINAGE DITCH
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
