NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2018, and entered in 18-CA-003262 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR IMPAC SECURED ASSETS CORP., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-2 is the Plaintiff and LAKEVIEW AT CALUSA TRACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; OSHRAT YOSEF TOLEDO ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF OSHRAT YOSEF TOLEDO are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on January 09, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
