NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 16, 2018, in Case Number 2012-CA-014175-CI, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court shall offer for sale the property situate in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
ALL THAT CERTAIN LAND IN PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TO-WIT:
LOT(S) 20, BLOCK I OFF ENISWOOD, UNIT 02B AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 50, ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

SUBJECT TO RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS, EASEMENTS, COVENANTS, OIL, GAS OR MINERAL RIGHTS OF RECORD, IF ANY.
Together with all buildings, improvements, and fixtures situated thereon; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights, watercourses and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real PROPERTY, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters.
