NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 14, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017-CA-004305-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2007-ASAP2, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Savitri Bookram; Unknown Spouse of Savitri Bookram; Moss Park Ridge Homeowners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 7th day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 55, MOSS PARK RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGES 83 THROUGH 91, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
