NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017-CA-007949-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., as Successor Trustee to US Bank, National Association as Trustee for MASTR Adjustable Rate Mortgages Trust 2007-HF2-Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2007-HF2 is the Plaintiff and Max Escobar; Oneyda Diaz; Millennium Palms Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 31st day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B, BUILDING 4783, MILLENNIUM PALMS, M CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 9031, PAGE 4073, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
