NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 15th day of October, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001921-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and ADRIAN M ZACCARDI; THE HAMPTONS OF ORLANDO COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; MARY ANN H ZACCARDI A/K/A MARY ANN ZACCARDI; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 14th day of February, 2019 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. TIFFANY MOORE RUSSELL as the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 106 THE HAMPTONS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 26 PAGE(S) 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
