NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2018 entered in Civil Case No.: 2017-CA-006032-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, Foreclosure Sale will be held online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 5th day of February, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 25, MOSS PARK COMMONS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT 62, PAGES 85-87, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
More commonly known as: 10297 PARK COMMONS DRIVE, ORLANDO, FL 32832.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
