NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 14, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-009236-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which Caliber Home Loans, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Maria Garcia, Ramon De Jesus Vega, Colonial Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Party #1 n/k/a Ramon De Jesus Jr., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 4th day of January, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
