NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Order Rescheduling Sale entered on 26th day of November, 2018, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Tiffany Moore Russel, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of January, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
