NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2018 , entered in Case No. 18000635CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Successor Trustee to Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for GSAMP Trust 2006-HE3, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE3 is the Plaintiff and Rosa A. Inoa; are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 1/4/19, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 24, TOWNSHIP 41 SOUTH, RANGE 23 EAST, CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA; ALSO KNOWN AS TRACT 12 OF CHARLOTTE RANCHETTES, AN UNRECORDED PLAT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
