NOTICE is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages dated December 6, 2018 in Case No. 18-645 CC in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida in which SECTION 23 PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., is plaintiff and MIKHAEL NAYVELT a/k/a MICHAEL NAYVELT is the defendant.
I WILL SELL to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on 4/5/19 at 11 a.m. the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure and Damages.
Lot 3, Block 701, PUNTA GORDA ISLES, Section 23, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 2A thru 2-Z-41 of the public records of Charlotte County, Florida.
