NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on 4th day of December, 2018, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court, Angelina “Angel” Colonesso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of January, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit:
Unit V-202 No. 9A, Palm-Aire at Sarasota, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 914, Pages 1802 thru 1852, inclusive, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 8, Pages 128 thru 132, inclusive of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
