NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated November 20, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2016CA005484AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which The Money Source, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Jerry W. Ryan, Jr., Kimberly A. Ryan, Copperstone Master Association, Inc., and Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known to be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants , are defendants, the Manatee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 4th day of January, 2019 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 203, OF COPPERSTONE, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 51, PAGE 178 THROUGH 201, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
