NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated November 28, 2018, entered in Case No.: 2017-CA-002775 of the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein RICHARD B. WOODS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD B. WOODS; FAYE LOUSE SHAW a/k/a FAYE WOODS; ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST FLOYD SHAW; JOHN W. WILLIAMSON; and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN W. WILLIAMSON, are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, the Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Clerk of the Circuit Court, on January 2, 2019 by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the above prescribed date at website www.polk.realforeclose.com, on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
