NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated November 14, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018CA003002000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein LAND HOME FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC., is Plaintiff, and SANDY BAEZ, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 16, Block 1113, Poinciana Neighborhood 5, Village 7, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 53, Page(s) 19 through 28, inclusive, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
