NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 12, 2018, and entered in Case No. 532018CA002609000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-2, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-2, is Plaintiff and DAVID A. BRIMLOW; SARAH D. BRIMLOW, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 10TH day of JANUARY, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17 AND 18 OF MASSICOTTE SUBIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
