NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 27, 2018, and entered in 2017CA002554000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO WACHOVIA BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AEGIS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2005-1, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF EID ALLEN SHERBAHN A/K/A EID A SHERBAHN, DECEASED; TERESA SHERBAHN SPANBAUER are the Defendant(s).
