NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Order on Plaintiff's Motion to Re-Open Case to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale and for entry of Final Judgment dated November 27, 2018 in Case No. 2017CA001336000000 in the Circuit Court in and for Polk County, Florida wherein DEER BROOKE SOUTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF POLK COUNTY, INC., a Florida non-profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and ROBYN CAMERON A/K/A ROBYN FULLER, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. (Eastern Time) on December 31, 2018. ( ) www.polk.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 275 DEER BROOKE SOUTH, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 89, PAGE 15, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
