NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Amended Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2017 nunc pro tunc to July 19 2017 and entered in Case No. 2016CA-004411-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and BETTY B. MOSER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF BETTY B. MOSER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2., are Defendants, the Office of Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 14th day of January 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Amended Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 225.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 480.00 FEET OF THE WEST 740.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 24 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 560.00 FEET THEREOF, TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS PURPOSES OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 25.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 225.00 FEET OF THE NORTH 480.00 FEET OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 17, LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 740.00 FEET THEREOF AND LESS AND EXCEPT THE EAST 40.00 FEET THEREOF.
