NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on October 31, 2018 in Civil Case No. 2018CA000267, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-KS8 is the Plaintiff, and JANICE SWANSON; PHILIP SWANSON; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 N/K/A RICHARD SWANSON; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.

COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12 FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE SOUTH 00°00'00” EAST, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 12, A DISTANCE OF 35.00 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12; THENCE SOUTH 00°00'00” EAST, ALONG EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 13, A DISTANCE OF 5.75 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 72°24'24” WEST, 114.96 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 13, AND THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF VISTA PLACE, SAID POINT BEING ON A CURVE TO THE RIGHT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 315.68 FEET, A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 03°01'28”, A CHORD BEARING OF NORTH 16°04'52” WEST; AND A CHORD DISTANCE OF 16.66 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE AND SAID EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY 16.66 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12, BEING ON SAID CURVE TO THE RIGHT, HAVING A RADIUS OF 315.68 FEET, A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 09°06'07”, A CHORD BEARING OF NORTH 10°01'04” WEST, AND A CHORD DISTANCE OF 50.10 FEET; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE ARC OF SAID CURVE AND SAID EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE 50.15 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12; THENCE NORTH 85°16'38” EAST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 12, A DISTANCE OF 123.33 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
