NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 7, 2018, and entered in case No.: 2018-CA-0023370001XX, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, D/B/A CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST V is the Plaintiff , and STEVEN C. PEARSON ; STACY L. PEARSON ; GLEN EAGLE GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB, INC.; THE STERLING ISLES COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC.; STERLING LAKES I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION , INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1 NKA HARRELL A. PETERSON-RAMOS, are the Defendants. CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 AM on January 3, 2019, the following-described property as set forth in said Final Judgment , to wit:
UNIT NO. 6101, BUILDING 6 OF STERLING LAKES I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3157, PAGE 3028, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
including the buildings, appurtenances, and fixtures located thereon.
Property Address: 6809 Sterling Greens Drive, Unit 101, Naples, FL 34104 (the “Subject Property”).
