NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2018, and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-002110-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC4 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and MELISSA TRAVERSA A/K/A MELISSA BRIGHAM, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA TRAVERSA N/K/A TIM BRIGHAM, and FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 AM on the 3 day of January, 2019, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1112, FAIRWAY PRESERVE AT OLDE CYPRESS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3866, PAGES 4006 THROUGH 4127, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE 456.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
