NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 10, 2018 and entered in Case No. 11-2018-CA-001595-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE UNDER POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MAY 1, 2007 MASTR ASSET-BACKED SECURITIES TRUST 2007-HE1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-HE1, is Plaintiff and JERRY RAY WHITFIELD A/K/A JERRY R. WHITFIELD; GOLDEN GATE ESTATES AREA CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JERRY RAY WHITFIELD A/K/A JERRY R. WHITFIELD; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Office of Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 3 day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 110, UNIT 193, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Street Address: 1261 9th Street Southwest, Naples, Florida 34117
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
