NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of November, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018 CA 000333 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST, NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2006-4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-4 is the Plaintiff and JOHN N. LUONG A/K/A JOHN LUONG; HARBOR COMMUNITY BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST AMERICA BANK SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO MANATEE RIVER COMMUNITY BANK, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK; THE VILLAGES AT PINE TREE HOA, INC.; LIN LUONG; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A TERRY DAVENPORT; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 12th day of February, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3036, VILLAGES AT PINETREE, MARSH PINE ENCLAVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 22 THROUGH 22E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
