NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated Dec 5, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 13-CA-052485 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and MICHAEL F. BRECKENRIDGE; ELIZABETH M. BRECKENRIDGE; DANIELS PRESERVE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC AKA DANIELS PRESERVE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC. A FLORIDA CORPORATION NOT FOR PROFIT; JOHN LEO, AS TRUSTEE OF THE 11945 COUNTRY DAY CIRCLE LAND TRUST; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 6 day of May, 2019, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 82, BLOCK 4, OF DANELS PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 77, AT PAGES 59 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
