NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 5, 2018 entered in Case No. 18-CA-002943 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, for the GSAMP Trust 2006-HE6 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-HE6 is the Plaintiff and Donna P. Morgan a/k/a Donna Morgan; Julie Brown; Unknown Spouse of Julie Brown are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the Jan 4, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 30 AND 31, BLOCK 425, UNIT 15, CAPE CORAL, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGES 69 THROUGH 75, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
