NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 13, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-CA-007259 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-11, is Plaintiff and TROY ALLEN JIMENEZ AKA TROY A. JIMENEZ AKA TROY JIMENEZ; et. al. are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 16th day of January 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7 IN BLOCK 13 OF MANHATTAN MANOR REVISED PLAT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
