NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2018 and entered in Civil Case No. 18-CA-004462 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC9, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC9 is Plaintiff and EDWARDS, FRIDA L., et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on January 31, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
