NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-004826, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II, INC., BEAR STEARNS MORTGAGE FUNDING, TRUST 2007-AR4, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-AR4 is Plaintiff and ANTHONY STANSBERRY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY STANSBERRY; JENNIFER STANSBERRY A/K/A JENNIFER LYNN CURRY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JENNIFER STANSBERRY A/K/A JENNIFER LYNN CURRY; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
